Every sports person is familiar with the injuries related to
the sports as everyone goes through the phase of injury. Golfers are no
exception to it. It might seem that golf doesn’t involve much of movement to
catch any injury but if you pay close attention, the swing itself involves all
of the body to move rapidly which could cause many injuries. You are prone to injury even when you are practicing with your golf training equipments. Hence you should be familiar with the injuries to be cautious and even detect the same in early stages.

While it is impossible to completely avoid injuries, it can still be minimized to a greater extent. It is best to be in a good physical condition to perform on the greens. A very common injury which golfers suffer is the back injury which is mostly due to all the walking and swinging you do on the golf course.
